- Disable SSO / email (scheduled for last day + 1 hour)
- Revoke application access (SaaS, VPN, admin tools)
- Recover laptop and accessories
- Recover mobile device (if applicable)
- Wipe and re-stock or retire devices in ITAM
- Rotate shared credentials if exposed
- Forward email / set out-of-office (if policy allows)
HR
- Exit interview completed
- Final payroll and benefits communicated
- Return company ID / keys
- Knowledge transfer documented
Manager
- Reassign open tickets / projects
- Confirm no outstanding approvals owned by leaver
- Update org chart and team channels
